The personal tutor will benefit from this familiarity with the book because he or she can see how the confusion for the student has come about. All school districts do not use the same books. No matter how many students you are giving tutor help to or whatever grade level they are at, a trip to a well-stocked bookstore to find books at each student’s grade level that clearly explain the necessary “how-to” of a subject is extremely helpful.
